Welcome to the SALUS ASISTENCIA SANITARIA, S.A. DE SEGUROS Internal Reporting Channel.

SALUS has implemented an Internal Reporting Channel as a communication tool available to all partners, managers, business personnel, insured parties and stakeholders who maintain or have maintained links with the entity and persons directly or indirectly involved in the communication process hrough which they can provide information about acts or omissions considered serious or very serious breaches of EU law, or breaches of the internal regulations applicable to the entity.

The Internal Reporting Channel does not process queries, complaints or claims from policyholders or insured persons concerning their insurance contracts.

To comply with the current regulations, first,a Framework Policy establishing the Internal Reporting System (IRS) and a Procedure that specifies how the information received through this channel is processed to comply with all legal guarantees have been established.
